

The primary data in this study are the head of madrasah, teaching staff and education staff. This study uses qualitative research with a naturalistic inquiry approach. The purpose of this study was to determine the management of human resource development, the educational achievements of existing education personnel, and educational services in madrasah. In this case there is a need for human resource development management to make it happen, because human resource development management has many programs which are expected to improve the work performance of education personnel and educational services in MI. The background of this research is that because the smooth running of the school administration can improve education services, human resources, especially education personnel, must have the ability and skills to carry out their duties and responsibilities.
